2. Project-Based Services

For custom AI automation projects, refund eligibility depends on the project phase. Work completed and delivered is non-refundable. For ongoing projects, we will refund any unused portion of prepaid services.

3. Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.

For annual subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your annual subscription, you may request a full refund.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances such as billing errors or prolonged service outages.
